Oil Paintings Online Order Process

Step 1:
Submit Your Order Online
You choose the items on our site (in Artist, Subject, Sample, Stock, Special price and Picture Frame section) with size together,  you can request any custom size in Comments section of shopping cart), to fill out Contact information then submit the order,  - no payment is made online.

Step 2:
Receive Email To Confirm Order
We will send an email to you once got your order inquiry, include the price quotation with shipping cost of your order, you confirm the order if there is not any question.

Step 3:
Make Deposit Payment
You make the deposit payment after confirmed the order, 30% deposit payment prior to production, and the balance 70% upon the order be completed for shipping, 100% full prepaid is requested if the total amount is less than USD1000, visit Payment page to see the payment way.

Step 4:
Start To Paint Order, Digital Updates
We start to paint the order once received the payment, and we will send the digital photo to you when completed (if customer request).

Step 5:
Final Payment & Painting Sent
When you approved the final digital photos of the finished painting, you send the balance payment to us, and we ship the rolled painting  to you, also the tracking number will send to you by email.
